Left and right (optional) Registration - The KLUGE EXCLUSIVE FEATURE expands the converting capabilities of the OmniFold
Bearing Bed Drives - Confuguration allows for faster make-readies and better sheet control
Synchronous Belt Drives - Instead of the use of chains, the OmniFold is belt driven, universally preferred and requiring little to no maintenance
Glue Systems - Available for hot, cold and fugitive applications
2" Welded Steel Frame - Stronger than "bolted" frames and no maintenance required
3/4" Side Frames - Strong, solid construction
CE Compliance Package - Required for all sales into CE countries within Europe.
Feeding Area
Vacuum Feed Unit - Feeds stock through a vacuum system. Includes rack and pinion drive elevator, mechanical multiple sheet detector and 3 foot folding table
Rack and Pinion Elevator Drive - Smooth low-maintenance-driven feeding platform on Vacuum Feeder
Vacuum Feeder Hand Wheel - With the vacuum feeder hand wheel, users are able to advance or reverse stock manually from the vacuum feeder unit to the converting section or visa versa
Friction Feeder - Stock is fed from the bottom of the pile using sheet separator calipers and belt. Allows for faster and continuous feeding of stock.
Converting Area
Segmented In-Feed Table - Segmented table design provides increased versatility when setting up jobs. Segments can be removed to accommodate multiple converting accessories
3ft (IL-3), 6ft (IL-6) or 9ft (IL-9) Inline Sections - Additional converting length, provides the base unit to which many accessories can be fixed
Filler plates - The 6" filler plates provides a base for stock to run along, preventing jamming and fallen product
18", 33" and 36" Top Belt Drives - Delivers continuous drive and pressure to products. Recommended for faster set-up times and improved production speeds
Bump 90 - Rotates stock 90 degrees
Friction-fed Inserter - For placement of an item inline for folding & gluing
Hot, Cold and Fugitive Glue Systems - Used to apply hot and cold glue to product. Various models available
Glue Control Module - Controls for the glue system. Various models available
Fold Hook Kit - Enables users to convert auto-lock bottom boxes inline
Marble Drive - For driving the stock left or right for registration
Scoring Kit - Score-N-Convert inline. Perforating rollers also available
Flip Gate - Creates cross-folds
Cross Carrier - Space-saving feature that redirects sheets 90 degrees during converting
Automatic Tape Head - Capable of automatically applying various tapes to product inline.
Buckle Fold Area
Buckle Fold Combo Setup - Up to three buckle folders can be used simultaneously
Patented Vertical Bucklefolder - Kluge patented design that prevents crows feet and creasing on thick and cross grain stock
Patented Revolving Fold Roller Position Lock - Feature of the vertical bucklefolder. The position lock speeds up setup of the fold roller angle, with the a simple lever
Incline Drive - Returns sheet to entry height after bucklefold.
Finishing Area
Stacker Unit - Compresses, counts and batches finished product
