1. 2" Welded Steel Frame - Stronger than "bolted" frames and no maintenance required
2. 3/4" Side Frames
3. Hot, Cold and Fugitive Glue Systems - Used to apply hot and cold glue to product. Various models available

Feeding Area

1. Friction Feeder - Stock is fed from the bottom of the pile using sheet separator calipers and belt. Allows for faster and continuous feeding of stock
2. Friction Feeder Converting Station - 3-foot long conveyor-like table with four 2.5 inch wide belts. Station can be set up for gluing, taping and plow folding
3. Electrical Controls - From the control panel, the user can operate the start, stop, jog and speed controls of modular sections.

Converting Area

1. Small Carton TransTable III Converting Unit - Comprised of two converting stations. Stations can be set up for gluing, taping, plow folding, airgate and bump 90
2. TransTable III Converting Kit - Provides added converting capability to the small box system
3. Fold Hook Kit - Enables users to convert auto-lock bottom boxes inline
4. 1-RH Small Carton Partition Fold Kit - Plow folds small partitions
5. Airgate Folding Kit - Like the buckle folder, this creates cross folds, but does not use fold rollers and can therefore convert thicker stocks
6. Narrow Reinforced Folding Sword Attachment - Narrow profile allows users to glue extremely close to folding score. Reinforced to keep, pockets, flaps etc. closed while plow folding. Can be used with any plows. Extended length supports large panels
7. 18" and 33" Top Belt Drives - Delivers continuous drive and pressure to products. Recommended for faster set-up times and improved production speeds
8. 7" Plows - Plow folds small partitions. Required for pre-breaking
9. Bump 90 - Rotates stock 90 degrees
10. Self Contained Control - Used on TransTables and Final Folds that are intended to run offline
11. Hot, Cold and Fugitive Glue Systems - Used to apply hot and cold glue to product. Various models available.
12. Glue Control Module - Controls for the glue system. Various models available
13. Automatic Tape Head - Applies self adhesive tape and reinforcement tapes. Configured to be operated from a Microglue 204 or 801 controller module
