CONTINUOUS WEB INKJET PRINTING SYSTEMS
The WebFlex system offers continuous web inkjet printing capability that is off-line from the offset or flexo web printing press. The WebFlex system offers a servocontrolled drive for accurate web speed control, and is offered in modular sections that are each 5 feet (152 cm) long. The system is built using extruded aluminum construction, thereby allowing for maximum flexibility. The WebFlex system can be integrated with various JetFlex inkjet printing systems, FuserFlex IR dryers or UV curing systems, and VeriFlex image verification systems. The roll unwind and rewind units can be provided by PTS or the customer. The WebFlex system is ideal for variable data printing off-line from web presses.
