The KISS330 is a high speed stand-alone flat-bed die-cutting machine for pressure-sensitive labels. The KISS330 offers a maximum speed of 120m/min. It comes with digital servo-driven technology that controls the step-and-repeat, as well as the movement of the stamping die-plate. Because of digital control, all movements are synchronized with extreme precision. Die-cutting pressure is applied from below, and the amount of pressure is digitally controlled through a large servo engine. This unit is standardly suitable for 9.5mm high die-plates, and a maximum top-down movement of approximately 12mm max.

Ease of use

Operators can simply set the required die-cutting pressure, the step-and-repeat in the touch-screen user interface.  Die-plates can easily and fast be changed on the changing table. After mounting precise changes to the position across the web can be made, and secured.

The KIS330 and KISS420 are die-cutting machines designed to allow narrow web label converters to productively employ operators. The actual maximum step-and-repeat is 300mm and the digital servo control allows to stamp 400 times/min. Therefore the KISS330 KISS440 has a maximum production speed of 120m/min.

Apart from being fast, the cutting depth and pressure very stable through digitally controlled servo control of the stamping. This allows self-adhesive labels to be cut of the highest quality day after day, and year after year. Operators love the ease of use, precision, stability, and repeatability.



The KISS330 and KISS420 are designed with a thick 25mm solid metal frame and many branded components on the inside. Even when die-cutting at maximum speed this unit offers a true minimum of vibrations.
