SMART 330HMC

The Rhyguan SMART HMC series is a compact roll-to-sheet inspection machine with a conveyor belt. It features highly advanced servo technology and is designed for 100% inspection and high-speed sheeting of a wide range of pressure-sensitive labels and thin folding cartons. The Rhyguan concept allows for integration with your favorite brand inspection system and inkjet numbering system.

Available in three widths: 330mm, 450mm, and 520mm.T the basic SMART HMC will stop a faulty label right on the inspection table for your operator to take action. It is standard fitted with a high precision rotary sheeter and a conveyor belt with simple batch separation. Accuracy and seamless operation are guaranteed. The web is easy to access and operating the touch-screen is easy.

The SMART HMC can be upgraded to fully automatic discard faulty labels after cutting while ensuring that your batches are correctly counted. Full batch separation and stacking options are available to allow your operator to directly pack and ship the stacked labels. Integration with your CRM system is possible with the Rhyguan JDF/JMF interface. JDF data can be used to automatically set cutting length, counting, and collation, while the SMART HMC seamlessly collects management information including the number of faulty labels in real-time.

The SMART HMC can also be fitted with an inkjet system for front-side or back-side sequential numbering.
