Mark Andy strives to help converters optimize workflow efficiency with the Mark Andy Flexo Workshop to be held at their UK facility in Macclesfield on 11 June. The single-day agenda includes educational sessions and live demonstrations and is co-sponsored by Mark Andy, Esko®, and DuPont™. The objective of this workshop is to educate converters on Full HD Flexo and various workflow approaches that can have the biggest impact on quality and productivity. The event provides an opportunity to engage with industry experts about new trends affecting the label and packaging market, as well as experience exclusive demonstrations of full workflows from pre-press to finishing.

The seminar is targeted at all converters and printers who would benefit from learning about advancing technologies and how to best utilize them to improve operations. There will be focus on all aspects of pre-press, on-press, and post-press functions. The goal of the event is to educate converters on how to boost efficiency, achieve high quality, maintain consistency, and print in sharp detail while still minimizing waste, reducing cost, and saving time.

Educational sessions will include:

  • Optimizing the Flexo Workflow: This session will discuss how printers can optimize productivity in everyday workflow throughout the entire printing process. Experts will provide real-world case studies and address any questions.

  • DuPont™ Cyrel® FAST Platemaking Technologies: Experience the revolutionary technology that offers enhanced pressroom productivity, and how it reduces plate processing times by up to 300%.

These sessions will be led by industry professionals ready to answer questions and educate converters on any area of the printing process from start to finish.

Following the educational session, there will be a live demonstration, including Mark Andy’s award-winning Performance Series, allowing visitors to witness Full HD Flexo printing from the innovative manufacturer which earned the first ever Full HD Certification from Esko earlier this year.
